JBM, LLC is a residential property management company that has been serving the Clayton County Community since 2001. All of our rental properties are in excellent condition. We provide housing to the general public as well as Section 8 families. We treat our residents with respect, and we are highly responsive and involved in the day-to-day operations of our quality property rentals.
Since we have the best properties, we seek the best residents. We generally rent to people with families that have a history of being consistent. We look for those that are exceptionally responsible and can dependably pay their rent on time. In return, we are committed to providing our residents with a quality place to live, high maintenance standards, and responsive attention to any needs that might arise.

In order to keep our rental rates low and still provide the highest quality of service, we must operate as efficiently as possible.
